Itinerary
1.- Day: Huaraz, Arribo y Aclimatación
6:00 am. Arrival to the city of Huaraz, reception and transfer to the hotel.
Breakfast at the Hotel.
Acclimatization, free day in Huaraz.
2.- Day: Huaraz - Cashapampa - Llamacorral
7:00 am. Breakfast at the hotel.
7:30 am. In our private van we pick up you at your hotel in Huaraz, and we will drive to the north side of Huaraz, we pass through the Callejon de Huaylas, where you can observe the typical cities: Carhuaz, Yungay, finally reaching Caraz. From here we leave to Cashapampa (2,900 m).
10:00 am. Arrival to Cashapampa, we meet our donkey drivers to transport our food and camping materials respectively.
We begin our first day of trekking to reach the place called Llamacorral (3,800 m).
Dinner and overnight at Llamacorral.
3.- Day: Llamacorral - Taullipampa
9:00 am. This is our second day of trekking, after breakfast at the campsite we start our trek, passing through the Lagoons of Hatun Cocha and Ichic Cocha.
After we'll have the most spectacular views of beautiful Ice-mountains of Alpamayo (The most beautiful Ice-mountain in the world), Artesonraju and Aguja. We walk down untill reach Taullipampa (4,250 msnm), whrere we will have our second day of camping.
Dinner and overnight at Taullipampa.
4.- Dia: Taullipampa - Punta Unión - Quebrada Paria
9:00 am. After breakfast at the camp, we begin our third day of trekking, and go to the Punta Union pass(4,750 m), from where we will have the most spectacular panoramic views of the mountains, landscapes, lagoons of Jatuncocha and Taullicocha, and the Quebrada Santa Cruz. We will observe the Ice-mountains: Piramide of Garcilazo, Taulliraju, Quitaraju, Santa Cruz. After a short resting we walk for 3 hours and a half more to get our third day of camp, Quebrada Paria (3,870 m).
Dinner and overnight at Quebrada Paria.
5.- Dia: Quebrada Paria - Vaquería - Cebollapampa
9:00am. Trek through the Huaripampa Valley, we reach the village of Vaquería, where we will be transferred by bus, we go through Portachuelo pass (4,780 m), we make a short stop to take pictures and have the beautiful panoramic views of Huascarán, Pisco and Huandoy Ice-mountain; an impressive framework where you can see at the bottom of the Valley to the famous lagoons of Llanganuco and its waters of turquoise colour. We continue our trek until reach Cebollapampa (3,850 m).
Dinner and overnight at Cebollapampa.
6.- Dia: Cebollapampa - Laguna 69 - Cebollapampa
9:00 am: After breakfast at the campsite, we beging our trek to Lake 69 (4,600 m), we will hike about 3 hours to arrive at this beautiful lagoon that lies at the foot of Chacraraju Ice-mountain (6.000 msnsm). In the afternoon we return to our campsite of Cebollapampa.
Dinner and overnight at Cebollapampa.
7.- Dia: Cebollapampa - Laguna Llanganuco - Huaraz
9:00 am: This is our last breakfast, then we continue our trek along the Quebrada Llanganuco to reach Orconcocha lagoon and the appreciate the variety of flora and fauna, finally arrive at Chinancocha lagoon a beautiful turquoise lagoon. After our visita to Llanganuco, we take the bus to Huaraz.
Arrival to Huaraz.

• Sleeping bag . If you do not have one, ask about equipment rentals.
